Dealership dilemma

I know that many has that car service dilemma. Yesterday I was at Oakville Infinity. I had that strange buzzing sound in the engine, very subtle and impermanent.
You know dealerships attitude to that problem: come when this is more prominent and can be heard constantly. Subconsciously I was expecting that kind of things and thought I would be bounced back with nothing. At Oakville, Al - service manager hooked me up with Kevin - Master mechanic. Kevin took my car for a test drive. As it is supposed to be at first that sound was not there, we did first circle, second.. third - nothing. I lost count of how many circles we did, but he had been doing it until
the sound became noticeable and he could guess the cause. He fixed my car the same day. That my experience with Oakville Infinity I want the community to inform about.

I bought my car from Oakville infinity after dealing with two other dealership and there customer service is out of this world from the sales dept to the sevice side.

So what was making the noise in your car?

I don't even know, I picked up the car at the end of the day, there was nobody who can tell me, only receptionist was there. I am going call them later to find out.
