Crappy Tire and Meg's Gold Class Wash

I dropped by Canadian Tire today, as usual dropped by the car washing section just for fun. I knew there wasn't anything too interesting on sale this week, nonetheless, just wanted to visit. I noticed that Meg's gold class car wash is now $20. When did they bump up the price? It was still $14 about 2 weeks ago. Gee and I was waiting for it to go half price so I could stock up, as I'm on my last bottle.

yeah remembering buying it from crappy tire for 12 bucks , damn too much of an increase

Gold Class is ok, but you can get better soap for less money.

Just for fun , I bought the GC soap at walmart in buffalo for $6 ,walmart here has it for $14 still . A huge difference in price.
Plus meguires nxt for $14 , hot rim cleaner $7 , seafoam $8 .
Oh how we get raped in prices.

I also bought GC a long time ago when it was 1) cheap and 2) on sale. Has lasted me a long time, but will probably go with something like what Picus suggested next.

good to know. I wonder what shipping does to the price of this?

I've been using Zep o shine - 4l @ $32. I've used about 2.5l in about 3 years now.

I go through a few bottles of the Zaino Car wash (Z7) a year. It's $11.95 a bottle.

I have been extremely happy with it, but maybe I should switch to something cheaper. (I think I have about 3 bottles left)

Well thats to much of a price hike for me. That's too bad because I really like the smell of it too
I guess its time to order from eshine.

LOL, I could not help but laugh at that statment Paul. I have been putting a few coats of Poorboys Wheel Sealant on my winter wheels, and I just love the smell of that stuff (I can't stop usin it )
