G.I.Joe

this movie blows,

As a kid growing up, and watching the cartoon tv series. I followed it religiously, just like some other cool shows like Thundercats or Transformers.

Anyways whoever saw this movie, would know it Blow's Goat!

Overall, great action scene, but the worst and most stupidest story line.

Only good thing about this movie, was The Baroness, she was super hot!

Most horrendous movie ive seen in a long time. Horrible acting,
corny a.ss lines, insanely stupid plot. Whoever needs to see what
may even be the 2009 movie of the year, go see District 9.
What a phenomenal movie.

IMO, yes, the story sucked... but since when did GI Joe ever have a great story? I did like how they pulled off a few corny voice over-ish scenes. At first I thought it was really bad acting, until I heard them say "Yo Joe"

District 9 was just amazing... ( i'm crazy about extraterristials ... seen ID4? that chick that was up on the building with the signs? well .. i'm not that stupid but.. i would love to meet one during my lifetime)

The scary thing is... most of the weapons / tech in the movie are very realistic and are very much possible! some are prototypes and well... its scary because.. it shows how easily we can wipe out our enemies in the future compared to just bullet / explosive wounds. What if you had some crazy guy with one of these weapons in the future ... the victim will have no chance at all.. even worst.. NO BODY for the funeral!! image that eh..

GI JOE..... some of the CGI scenes weren't complete!! no post production edits done at all... maybe they rushed it... (helicopter scene when they enter the sand bunker, when they walking out of the ice cave, when they are leaving the sand bunker base)

Also.. same thing as District 9 when it comes to the weapons and tech.... some of those are already in Japan. The suit.. though not as advanced.. the japanese have a suit that a person can wear which will allow them to run faster and lift over 1000lbs!!! I didn't bother with the bull**** story line since it had NOTHING TO DO with the GIJOE i have watched growing up... Nanotechnology is already here... even the camo suit (not as efficient but also in a prototype) ...

HOWEVER.. it was the BEST MOVIE i have seen with my girl's kids so far... because it was non-stop action... i didn't have to worry about her 4 year old getting bored and the older one asking me questions
