About time they realized they gave cops way too much authority

^lol oops copy/paste gone wrong, i meant "Street racing law might be ruled unconstitutional "

I agree it boils down to due process, however I do think cops have way to much authority when it comes to this BS law, I know a few people that have been charged with this law but are never convicted in court, they get off but don't get reimbursed, govt cash grab at its best.

Yeah, I agree.....
I think that once that due process is put back in place,
there will then be the burden of proof placed on the police.
This should eliminate the roadside judge and jury aspect of this.

I still think there is a way to deal with street racing while not loosing our constitutional rights at the same time.

this is a federal law right ? Cause its the same law here in alberta.
