is this a good lease on an 04 sedan?

2004 luxury sedan for 48 months
0 down, 595 a month tax in
or
10K down, 335 a month tax in

do those numbers look good/bad/ok?

If you want to know the equivalent purchase price for these numbers, I need to know what is your guaranteed resale value at the end of the contract and the interest rate you got.

And considering you give the price with tax, I need to know the taxe rate in your province.

I have an August payment sheet here and the Luxury is $40,850 before tax, pdi etc. At 4.5% lease, 48 months, 0 down the payment is $570. A premiumat $43,350 will have payment of $607. You can determine if your offer is good as it is somewhere between those prices. I am not sure if the rates have changed.
