I got the H1N1 virus + pneumonia... if something happens...
Hey guys,
On wednesday, i was perfectly fine, worked as usual.... around 11pm, i started coughing violently, thought it might be dust or something... then the next morning, i was just completely out. couldn't walk.... had some extreme chills, headache, everything on the flu symptom list.
When i went to the doctor, not only i was diagnosed with the swineflu, i also have pneumonia
...
JUST in case something happens, what happens to all my assets? do they go to my parents (cars, servers, cameras, investments etc.)?
I dont have a will and i mean, i gotta write one up sometime right.. I would want everything goes to my parents/younger brother and perhaps i can write something for my fiancé.

thanks guys... alteast my parents don't have to take over the mortgage. insurance!!! ya.. the 33% deaths stats is whats scaring me... and yes.. SUPERCHARGER!! atleast god let me have one and enjoy it.
you will be fine i just got the h1n1 shot today and ive been having direct contact with swine flu patients no biggy just get it treated ! .. well hope you feel better ! get well soon and get a priscription of TAMIFLU. u might be able to get it over the counter the though...
I seriously doubt it`s 33%. The mortality rate of H1N1 is similar to seasonal influenza.
I hope you get better, dont worry man just be careful and go to the hospital right away if anything happens.

What happens with your assets depends on where you live. I assume you dont have atrust or will drawn out yet since you ask this question. IN CA, assets will go to beneficiaries named. If no one is named, your asset will go into probate for 40 days after date of death-At that point who ever claims your property 1st gets it. If there are lots of assets, a person can be appointed by the courty to divived the assets.
The mortality rate for those who get it is SUPER low... not 33%. Something like 1 out of 10000 or 10 out of 10k. I was looking at a slide show from one of the docs at St.Michael's today and it had this info. In fact the rate of those hospitalized is quite low too.
Get well and don't do anything until you're fully recovered.
