If you are getting repairs done through insurance can you request that all the replacement parts are OEM and not aftermarket? My sister was in an accident the other day, and the other person was at fault as determined by the police. After speaking with the adjuster, my sister told me they would only use OEM parts if aftermarket parts were not available. Does this make sense?
