Looking for some help
Is that with OEM wheels or after market? I assume that the new wheels would be new OEM...
I haven't curbed them or hit any potholes hard. Ah well, we'll see what they say this aft.
-when they arrived, the new wheels had such small lug holes I didn't have a wrench that would fit properly. The closest I could do was an ancient but very tough 13/16" Craftsman 3/8" drive spark plug socket and a 1/2" drive adapter. That worked but still rubbed on the ID of the lug bores. Even the thin-wall socket they sent later didn't fit. In the end they sent a set of lug nutz with 19mm instead of 21mm hex.
-he was upsold on a set of TPMS and was assured they were the correct ones. Several attempts by the stealer and they still won't talk to the body computer. A U$300 lesson not to trust... (I had good luck on TPMS on my aftermarket wheels, purchased through Tunerworks though.)
-leaks. First try a local shop found TR hadn't taken off a rather thick sticker in the bead area. They removed the sticker, cleaned the bead area and re-mounted. The same tire was flat again in the next few days. Another trip to the tire jockeys and they removed and re-mounted all 4 tires with bead sealer. Still have tires going flat. The latest problem was loose TPMS modules.
Needless to say he's less than happy with the TR experience.
Good luck with your re-sealing.

Sorry for the late update.
So, I went in and explained the problem:
The first time I took it in last winter, I thought there was a nail or screw, but they couldn't find anything. I took it in two more times last winter for leaks, all in the bead apparently.
The tire held air over the summer and I didn't need to top it up (surprised?). First cold snap we got, flat. Filled it up and 8 hours later, flat. Took it to the tire shop and got it fixed.
Now, what did Hyatt do? They took the tire off, found nothing wrong, and put it back on. Then asked me for $52! I commented, rather crossly, that B&L hasn't charged me for fixing the bead leaks since the first repair. She said: "Now you have a warranty here and if it happens again, bring it back here."
Now I'll have to wait for it to go again, and I think I should call them to come and fill the tire up before I bring it to them too. Save the wear and tear on my compressor. Busterds would probably ask for money for that too.
Not what I was expecting.
I did not talk to Ken when I was there. I did talk to him on the phone and setup the appointment with him. I was expecting his notes to be in the ticket but maybe he didn't put any special instructions in it? Or maybe this is payback...
