Why I'm Never Washing My Car In The Winter Again
Mine was, too (2?) until yesterday. Now it only has small doo doos but is staying in the garage til tomorrow! I thought about ONRing it but it had SO much crap on it I knew I should rinse it off as best I could at the wand wash first/instead. Now I won't bother because it's gonna get completely crapfaced again tomorrow.

I have QEW and use that a couple of times a winter when the weather/conditions are right, but 95% of the time I just take it to a local coin op where I simply spray it down to get the salt/sand off. The less that comes in contact with my paint during the winter the better.
Speaking of coin ops......every time I go there I see all of the other people scrubbing their cars with the large brushes that are supplied by the establishment.......makes me cringe!!!!!
But I suppose it's people such as them that keep detailers like myself in business.

Saw a guy with a new M3 the other day doing that.

Suds Express. I've never had a problem there any other time and I've had it washed there like 50 times lol. Maybe the wash didn't cause it, but it's a strange coincidence lol.
I went down the main straight away to get out of that place in 1st gear, sped up to like 15km/h and some manager beardo yelled at me to slow down lol. Like wtf, 1st of all, I'm a customer, and a good paying one (I've had details done there), and 2nd, I was doing 15km/h lol, my exhaust is just loud. Mind your own business beardo Manager haha.
