Um. it's a simple 194 bulb.
You can buy them anywhere that sells those bulbs.
it's simple you look under the bumper where the lights are, pop them out, put them in (the bulbs), then stick the housing back in.

The 194 is the size and style of fitment. It's a wedge style bulb. The old bulb is going to be a pressed glass bulb, the led has the same fitment but is molded plastic.

And if you buy the correct LED equivalent, it is exactly the same as plugging in an ordinary bulb. Look around though, you can get different configurations of the same bulb size. ie; the 194 bulb could have 2 LEDS in it, or 6 LEDS, etc..
