I know simone is very highly regarded on these forums, but the dealer I'm looking at is a 45 minute drive away from newmarket so I doubt they would let me put that kind of mileage on the car to get it inspected...

No recommendations here, but if you tell the dealer that Simone is your trusted shop, they may not mind you taking it there. That amount of mileage on a used car shouldn't make a difference. They might just ask you to put some gas in it if you don't end up buying the car!
