but some companies do sh*t differently ... so cant say for sure but ...insurance companies are the biggest thieves on the planet ! (at least that is what I think about them)

i was REALLY hoping they would just write it off but I think it was just on the border of doing so. Now I have to deal with a repair which will probably never look the same, and the hit on resale when it comes time to sell it.
