That's right, Karen and I have been married for 40 years on June 6th (tomorrow). Yes I know, many of you guys on this board weren't even born yet

Originally we were going to do a 6 week cross Canada drive and also visit many of the folks from this forum. But, due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to cancel.

So instead we are taking off tomorrow and heading in an Easterly direction, we can't really venture more than 1,000 miles from home since we do have to return for some important appointments in a couple of weeks.
We will stay tomorrow night where we spent our 1st night on our Honeymoon 40 years ago, then continue on our short journey East.

Packing the FX today, then we are off tomorrow morning (of course I'll have the laptop with me)

 

Wayne, a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to both you and Karen!!! From the visits I have had with you guys, it was apparent to me that you have an incredible relationship!! Please pass along my congratulations to Karen and I hope that you have a fantastic Anniversary and road trip to the east. If by chance you make it to NB, I'll have a cold beer ready for you.

Staying where you stayed the first night on you honeymoon is an awesome idea. Have a wonderful trip, a great time, and take lots of pics.
