I c ur based in mtl, do u drive ur car in the winter...?, if so what size of winters tires do u put to allow clearence for this 14" calipers..

Im thinking of getting some BBKs, but have 17" winter tires..and im pretty certain they will not clear the calipers...

Wheels could be a problem though with the larger rotors & more clearance required for the calipers.
Need to keep 17s for winter, but the OZ have way more brake clearance than the OE 17s. Hmmm...

(apologies to the OP for the hijack...)

It's not going to be used in the winter. The front have 15" rotors.

Stems has the same brakes but with 14" rotors in the front. 18" rims should clear it fine. I'm not sure how these will hold up in the winter though.

They'll hold up just fine I be sure to spray down the wheels and wheel wells at least once a week if not more during the winter. As long as you don't let the gunk build up it wont be bad. Plus over here most of the time it's too damn cold to use salt so they use sand.

18" minimum and not all 18s work either.

Salt in the winter is bad for undercarriage, so edmonton decided it would be best to use ROCKS.

Thus ruins all your newly painted bumpers/hoods/fenders

Here are a few pics taken yesterday when it (briefly) stopped raining. Car is dirty, wheels are dirty and tires have no shine on them Better pics when the car is cleaned and weather improves.

Thanks for looking.

Looks hot as ****, I would of went for 15" rotors for the bling factor though. I'm definitely jealous. =P
