canmore meet
so i thought i would start a thread to have a september meet in canmore. i think its a great idea to have a meet there just for the drive, not to mention the pictures that can be taken!
if someone else can post a poll for dates because i seem to be computer illiterate and have no idea how to do it!

Awesome idea! When you made this thread, there would have been an option wayyy down at the bottom to add a poll. You should still be able to add one but I don't remember how. Best bet may be to delete this thread and start a new one with a poll. I don't *think* there's a minimum post count for being able to make a poll. Maybe a mod/admin can chime in.
I voted for the 4th, because I'm flying into Calgary that morning, and will be staying in the Canmore/Banff area for a couple of days anyway...

I think the 4th is going to be tough for most folks since it's the Labour Day weekend. We typically don't go anywhere that weekend, so I might be around.

Well, if you don't have it on the 4th, fvck it - I'm going to see some hoo doos and dinosaur bones instead. If it's on the 11th, that's one helluva commute from Vancouver Island. If it's the 18th, I'm flying back out of Calgary @ noon-ish, so unless it's an early breakfast meet at my rented shack, I'm out...
