We did that run 4 times (2 each way) that outside edge is definitely intimidating on the way up.

Love the avi, I recognized it right away
Thank you. Truly our pleasure.

I think the MC is worse going up because you sit low and the hood feels so high. You can't see anything ahead to the front side at all.

Welcome home Ian. Sounds like you two had a great time.
That run looks amazing. With that camera angle it looks like you are going to hit oncoming traffic. You came up on a caravan, lol
Curious...what speeds were you safely able to achieve?

SS - dead silence, on a long road trip, is just another small component to the secret of a successful relationship; plus it's hard to speak when you look like this all the way down the mountain

Glad you and Mrs InTgr8r had a great time. The Cabot Trail was a blast to drive, just a couple of weeks prior to yourself. Def worth doing again!!!
I'll have to get some pics up as well...so many to go through...

Glad your home safe and sound!!!

Great pics Ian. LOL at the car wash, never did see that out east

How did you manage going for two weeks and packing enough clothes and provisions for two in your coupe. I couldn't figure out how you did it in your roadie last time. Heck when we went in our FX, it had a pretty good load in the back.

The converted chip truck car wash was in Tatamagouche, I thought you might have found it too.

Packing the Coupe was a breeze, we had room for 3 bags & a cooler, with room left over.
(definitely easier than the roadie)

Looks like you had a great trip Ian. Thanks for the great video and the spectacular photos. That's a trip I've always wanted to do and after all the great footage from both Wayne and yourself it will hopefully be sooner rather than later - maybe next summer. I have to agree with Wayne though on the luggage issue with my wife there is no way there would be enough trunk space in your M for a two week trip (shoes alone would take 2 bags!!), and I think my wife would have been screaming at me the whole way down that mountain - consider youself very lucky!

So,........I'm gonna guess P. had the 3 bags and all your stuff was in the cooler (Could you pack all 12 in there with the limes?).

I must have missed that Car Wash when I went through Tatamaouche ( I love that name)
I sure could have used it after I left Deane's road

Heck, I don't think I would ever have enough room in my vehicle.
Here is a pic of our stuff for our 2 week road trip to the East Coast (mine was the Cooler, Karen had the rest, and my wash pail and supplies were still in the FX)

Great pictures Ian.

That car wash is a classic. I still want to buy it for my next business venture.

We haven't tried that long a road trip in the M but I'm sure our day will come.
