must be the toyota look of the 2nd Gen G35/37

on a serious note, and IMHO, they lost the "infiniti/nissan look" with the 2nd Gen models in which most will agree with me(i think). If you blink, you can mistakenly think they're toyotas. With the 1st Gen sedans/coupes, even with a quick glance...right off the bat, it's an infiniti and no other brand/model out there can be mistaken for it. Again, just my opinion....maybe it's the sleeker headlights?

I would say the 1st gen coupes still look a bit 'cooler' than the 2nd gens but the 2nd gen sedan has much more style, in and out, than the 1st gens. IMO.
My opinions are based on non-modified G's only.And...none of them look like a Toyota Camry, Corolla or any thing with Toyota on it.

That first one must be the Toyota!
I'm a person that doesn't dislike cops, they're just doing their jobs....a job I was once offered and refused. But "MeterMaids" fall into a whole different catagory, to me they're just a PIA like cockroaches you'd like to step on! My guess is you'll still need to pay this ticket because they probably got your license number right regardless of make or model.

Two Toyota Corollas do not a G35 make. I got asked during my recent border crossing if it was an Acura... that's not so bad I guess.
Couldn't a person argue that the commission-errors got the wrong plate number but the right car? Might be some fun to see how much mileage (or kilometerage) you could get with that.

I cannot comprehend this, how there are still cops out there which are constantly looking at cars and still have no idea about makes.
You think thats funny i just got one last night for parking in front of a restaurant after 2AM mine says Pontiac...should i fight it ?

how are you going to fight it when you have to go with the ticket in hand to file for a court date?
Here's what's going to happen....you're going to show up to court with the ticket and argue it wasn't you and that you don't drive a Pontiac or Corolla. The prosecutor is then going to ask you how you have the ticket in your hand if they have your car by mistake and will then proceed to tell you to GTFO of his face.
