$1,200-1,300

There are some cheaper ones, but I went with someone that's been in the business for a while.

Whereabouts would you recommend someone to get one of these lifts? I've seen a few 2-post and 4-post lifts that are sold in Canada, but they would eat up space that I use for parking my bike/getting in and out of the garage.

I got mine from Greg Smith Equip.
I couldn't find anything local that I liked.

If it came from the US, was it CSA approved?

I talked with a guy with a pair of Mustangs who kept one stored on a 4-post lift from Calgary. He said if it's not CSA approved, there may be an issue if something ever did occur where insurance would need to be involved. Was there any truth to that?

Solid price!

If my old man wasn't selling his house, I'd defintely get this as a Christmas/BDay present.

Ahh, on a closer look I can see that now. Will be interested in hearing about the lift points.

I'm liking what I see so far.

What's going on with the rear cans?

I'm still working on designing a permanent setup.

The one thing I found is that the lift arms don't quite reach to OE jack points.
There are several good structural point to use, but I also need to refine that as well.

I'm also working on an aid to drive the car in on center to the lift.
It's very easy to park over, but a bit tricky to line up to lift the car.
I'm thinking about a laser mounted on the work bench that lines up on the fender.

That's right. He mentioned inner tips were being redone.

Ian told me the place figured the plug they put inside the tip before treating them probably was not in far enough so it didn't coat the tips perfectly, so they plugged it much deeper this time to eliminate that problem.
I think I got that right, Ian will correct me if I didn't

That's about it.
As a result, the inner tips didn't get etched properly the 1st time so the ceramic pealed in a couple of spots.
