Hey Guys,

Dunno if its going to be the same for the states but I just got the Lease rates / residuals for the 05 G35 Sedans.

MSRP did in fact go up $800

58% Residual / 5.4% Interest 3 year lease
48% Residual / 5.9% Interest 4 year lease (48% Residual WTF???)

Well by the looks of these rates ... Nissan f_cked a me over! Guess I won't be gettin' a '05, might have to look at the '04s or maybe even a TL now!

I am looking to buy an 05 sedan. Why do you say you got scr***d by Nissan?

Are the rates and/or residuals you posted not a good deal?

 

Well normally the residuals Nissan puts out for 4 year leases are usually 50-54%, to match a slighty higher interest rate ... but this year not only did the have a 5.9% Interest ... they lower the Residual, so now its going to cost more money to lease than it did last years model! (Comparing to October 04, to October 05)

I would be interested in getting the figures for the Coupe, I never see myself purchasing a Sedan. U got those figured by any chance? Thanks

 

4 yr lease on a 5AT Coupe with Sport Pkg, tinted glass, winter floor mats and wheel locks all PDI, freight, etc all build in to the lease - $760-770 a month taxes inclusive. Zero down.
