New Racetrack Opening near Barrie Ontario?

I just came across this today, has anyone heard anything about this?
It would be absolutely awesome to have a facility close to the GTA.

That's an excellent location and easy to get to for people in the GTA area. I would imagine it will do quite well.

I thinks so too Wayne, if it actually gets off the ground.
It sure would beat the hell out of driving to Shannonville.
The info I found is 6 months old & can't find anything current.
