My battery is running out of juice, I'm starting to notice on the cold mornings and if I clean the interior with the radio on its struggles to tun over but hasn't failed yet.
I'm thinking of an Optima Red Top does anyone have this? if anyone has any suggestions let me know I'll probably pick one up this week.

If your battery is the original from your 04, then you are damn lucky..

My 05/05 has gone though 2 infiniti batteries and now on a Duralast Gold same as the Diehard gold. lets see how long it lasts.

 

OK I'll have to check if Canadian Tire sells Duralast Gold. I may be taking a trip to the US soon so I can check there.

 

When i first bought my G35 i never payed attention.. went to costco and bought a yellow top optima battery brought it back again not paying any attention againt went to put the battery in then released it was a reverse terminal ... ... in my opinion if you can get a reverse terminal optima yellow or red top grab it optima makes really good battery's !

I'm on my stock battery in my 03 lol still starts like a champ.

We just put a red top in the Z though, Lou sells them for like $175 I think. Better than the refurbed red tops from Walmart or costco.

Yep I only buy optimas from authorized dealers and avoid the 2nd and 3rd run batteries they sell at Wally mart and costco.

Who's Lou? I couldn't find anywhere to get Optima Red Top locally for a decent price when I replaced mine a couple years back

 

Well, what do you know? My battery died this week. Replaced it with a Die Hard Gold from Sears. 8 year warranty FTW.
