I am going to bring my coupe to Alta or Doner Infiniti to do the oil change, and try to ask them to fix the rattle noise. Anyone tried their service before? Do you think they will fix my car's rattle noise without extra charge?

I do all my maintance at Alta. They are pretty good there, besides your car is under warranty so they won't charge you anything to fix the rattles. GL man

watever... rachael there told me that if they can't fix my rattles after a second try, that ii shouldn't bring it back cause i'm wasting their time and that i should go to another dealer (like to waste the other dealer's time)

what a great suggestion, i bought the car there and expected the ones who sold it to me to take responsibility to get it fixed..

no doubt, their service department has disappointed me and will result in alta not getting any of my business anymore

not being able to fix is ok, but giving me bad attitude and telling me to go else where is NOT

forgot to say, they also put two new fresh scratches on my car and denied that they put them there

i luckily saw the scratches before i drove offf (after a service)

i rubbed off the scratch residue right off in front of the service people, and asked them how it could be an old scratch if the residue was there AFTER they just washed the car

i got so mad that they tried to cheat their way out of it

i hate teh service department at Alta

i was polite the whole time, but she was giving me bad lip

There's a new guy there now along with that woman. Talk to the sales manager next time.
