We arrived at a super 8 on Wed and were leaving fri after we do some shopping. we were going to arrive thu and leave sat but then we'd get stuck at the border so were trying something a bit diffefent and leave when everyone else is coming back hope it works out.

Black friday shopping is definitely not for the faint of heart.

I get frustrated on boxing day shopping online when the bestbuy website gets sluggish!

update......
We were out at birch run last night from 9:30 till 1:30, it was a bit crazy but not nearly as bad as we thought we only waited in line at 1 store the other 4 we found what we wanted and paid no problem. Were headng back to Birch Run now to finish then we head home. BTW the deals are AMAZING!

Nice Vid there Wayne, we stayed away from Wallymart and Best Buy electronics are not that good of a deal in the US I've found better deals here and I usually have hookups when it comes to getting a good deal on a TV or stereo.

Over all it was a success we spent around $280 on expenses but saved around $450. as opposed to buying here plus My Girls love to travel and never been to Michigan (not that there's a whole lot to see in Flint. One funny thing that did happen to us when we were there, we took a drive Thurs afternoon to the Prime Outlets in Birch Run to check out all the stores I noticed the GM dealer had the gates open so we drove in to check out some vehicle prices and to see what there hours were on Fri, when we tried to leave I noticed the gates were locked infact all the gates were locked we were trapped. who ever was at the dealer must have left without checking the lot to see if anyone was in there and closed the gates. I went over to the Gas station beside the dealer to talk to the owner he said he knew the owner's number and contacted him.....long story short the person who locked us in came back to let us out. These types of things always happen to me.

Wow Roy, that's quite the story.

Just be very thankful that the Dealer did not have guard dogs that he let out to watch the place

How did your new truck run?
