The New Vehicle
I posted a few pics in a thread in the Lounge but figured I would post here in the CDN section as well. I returned my 2007 G35S to Infiniti last Saturday as my lease had run out. I had the option of buying out the vehicle, however with a second child on the way, I simply needed more room.
I really loved my G and had absolutely zero issues with it. My biggest complaint about it was the trunk. The 6 CD changer in the trunk really limited the size of the opening. While the trunk itself is a decent size, it was nearly impossible to fit anything in there due to the narrow opening. Definitely a poor design.
Anyways, I'll certainly miss the G and I'm sure I'll be in another Infiniti again at some point down the road. I've owned 3 Infiniti vehicles and they all of treated me very well.
So I ended up getting a 2011 Ford Edge Limited AWD. I've only had it for a week, but I really like it. Lots of technology, drives extremely quiet, and I really like the looks of it. Because my wife works at the Irving Oil Refinery, we received X-Plan pricing on it as well, which was an additional $4k off. Hopefully the Edge will be as reliable as my Infiniti vehicles have been.

The two customizable 4.2" LCD screens that flank each side of the speedo are a neat touch as well.

Looking great Shane. I'm sure you will be very happy with it. The AWD will be a blessing for you. All the tech stuff would be a waste with me though!
Sounds like it was a great deal too. I'm eligible for the Irving X pricing too so who knows what I might end up with.
