OE 4300k lamps re-installed.

Good work guys. I would have come but I've been a bit of a ghost around here as of late.

The car is looking great Anthony.

Thanks for all the positive comments! I really like how the flat black turned out and I'd do it again. If I were to open them up again (unlikely), I'd even do the floor of the turn signal reflector.

Next thing - black roof wrap (not CF though).

Sure did, I can't wait to see them in your car. How well did that sealant stuff work? Any of it squish out?

there was a very little bit that did but just on the outside, nothing inside. im glad i did tho. better to do it properly now then have a leaky headlight.

I could see a bit of the added black stuff oozing into the seam, but not much. Short of dipping them in water to prove they're sealed, I think they'll be fine.

Still, I'd like to meet the engineering team responsible for clipping a body wiring harness and the hood release cable onto a removable part... grrrr!

Oh, and remember that little plastic bracket that was broken? $50

Yup, soon as it warms up enough for me to paint. Or whatever.

I had a willing helper for re-assembly, so it was a snap. Not sure I'd try R&R solo on the nose cap. The headlights went in a lot easier than they came out, that's for sure. Give me a shout if you want to do yours.
