Anyone interested in "uprev" in Alberta?

There is a guy on 780 t00ners that has been talking to Cam at Lightspeed Innovations about getting "uprev" so Nissan/Infiniti guys have another tuning solution in Alberta. I thought I would pass on the info in case anyone is interested as I have heard a few guys talk about it. Here is the guys post below and the link to the thread if it works, I guess he wants a $500 deposit from 8 people to show commitment. I have not talked to Cam about this myself so I am not sure what a tune will cost or any of the details. I do know why he wants the deposit up front though, the Genisis guys all begged him to get Power Axle (a tuning system) then he spent a ton of money getting it and only 1-2 guys followed through and got tunes .

If you have questions or need more info from Cam his email is cam@lightspeedinnovations.com

Anyway there is no other place to get your car tuned with "uprev" in all of Canada. So if he is willing to start this up in are back doors ( Reddeer ), that would be great for all of us. But he wants eight guys to come in on this and we have to put down $500 each so he nows we are not going to back out. I well be first to say that I am good to go with the money and know I need seven more ( Lets start a list. ).

P.S. Remember spring is just around the corner and lets get this going before Kam gets to busy.

Looks like $750 with the dyno tune for NA and I would bet you are right with your $1000 estimate for FI cars.

He also said if I am the first guy to give him my credit card number. That he know only wants five more guys to give him there credit card numbers. So all start the list once again:

P.S. S*#t or get off the pot people, the time is this year ( You can give him your credit card number know becuase you don't have to get it done right away, I am not getting it done untell spring. ).

I'd be down, but my car lacks cams and longtubes. I need a loan shark.

your fortune is sad, but it makes me feel better to know i am not the only one that gets screwed everytime i turn around somedays i wonder why i even bother. The good news is I expect to get screwed now so it dosent even upset me when it happens . The $375 wingless trunk that is ussless didnt even bother me I was going to take the kids tobogganing today and I thought about using it just so it is not a total waste then I bought a spoiler depot spoiler not sure what happened to it, but it never came

quick update Lightspeed ended up getting uprev. He has tuned several vehicles with it already Titans, 370Zs and a couple FI 350Z and G35s. Today he is tuning a vortech SC G35so I will try to get some numbers on that as well.

Last night I went in to see a guy that I met a few years ago that had a 3.5L Altima that he used to run at the track and we became aquatints. Any way to get to the point he had his 350Z with a Boosted Performance kit down for a tune. It made 456whp at the waste gate pressure of 8 or 9psi!!

It drove so nice it makes me consider ditching my standalone to go with uprev
