Thinking of selling my car. How much would my car be worth?

Hi guys,

The thought of selling my G this year has crossed my mind.

How much do you think my car is worth?

Again, this is just a thought right now as I'm not in a rush to sell my car.
Only if the price is right/reasonable, I would.
I was considering MAYBE putting it up for sale in the Spring/Summer time, cuz honestly... I don't drive it and I feel that it's such a waste for an awesome machine to just sit.

Here are the details of my car, as it sits in storage right now.

2005
Black on Black
3.5L Rev-Up Motor (298 hp)
6MT (6-speed manual)
OEM 'Sport Tuned' Package
17" Steelies with Toyo Garit KX (I think) winter tires (I used this to store the car only)
OEM 19" OEM Rays Wheels (summer)
4 x New Falken FK-452 tires (less than 10,000kms)
OEM Spoiler
Professionally Tinted (Thornhill Tint)
All options, except Navigation
Meticulously maintained
NEVER Winter Driven
HARDLY seen rain
Onlly seen 100% Synthetic Amsoil Fluids - Engine Oil (0w30), Tranny Oil, Diff. Oil
Full Extended Warranty until summer of 2011
Brand New Driver's Seat Cushion and Heater (warrantied last year - due to tear in leather)
All recalls done by dealer - no outstanding recalls at the moment.
Rustproofed by Rust Check (oil spray application)
Underbody, interior and engine bay are extremely clean.
Absolutely no codes, no check engine lights, everything is fully functional, not a single thing broken.
Extremely low mileage!
43,xxx kms!!! (this is NOT a typo - it really has less than 45,000 kms!)

The vehicle has been tastefully enhanced with the quality parts below.

Extras (all installed Summer 2010):
Most mods installed by Simone Performance.

Exterior
OEM 2006+ Projectors
OEM Nissan Japan Clear Corners
OEM Blacked Out Grille (this one is on right now)
OEM Grille (this one is stored)
OEM Infiniti Car Cover (brand new, never used)
OEM Winter/Rubber Mats (don't like my carpets dirty!)

Engine
OPTIMA Red Top Battery
OEM Nissan Japan RHD Battery Cover
STILLEN Intake
STILLEN Oil Cap
STILLEN Engine Damper
SUN Automobile Grounding Kit
SUN Automobile Voltage Stabilizer
OEM Nissan 350z Intake Tube
MOTORDYNE MREV 2 Manifold
MOTORDYNE 5/16" Copper ISO Thermal Spacer

Exhaust
STILLEN Catback Exhaust

Suspension
STILLEN Front and Rear Swaybars (Medium/Medium)
STILLEN Front Camber Arms
STILLEN Rear Camber Arms
STILLEN Rear Toe Arms
SWIFT Sport Springs (G35)
STILLEN Rear Strut Bar (new, not installed - needed trunk space for golf bags)
ICHIBA Wheel Spacers (15mm Front, 20mm Rear)
Car is perfectly aligned - done by Simone Performance.

Your feedback would be appreciated.

Moderators:
Although this looks like a for sale thread, I'm actually just wanting to get some feedback from the local forum members with regards to price.
When I have made up my mind, I will be sure to post it in the Canada FS section, with my username and date with pictures and an asking price.
If I have violated some rules by posting this way, please let me know and I will make the adjustments.

Thank you.

To put it plainly, modifications do not add value to the car. That said, there is always SOMEONE who will pay what you want. I would say around the 25 mark.

redpearl99/forweareLegion are both correct. Only a very small percentage of the population are real car enthusiasts and a fraction of those are G35 enthusiasts. Your best bet to get an appreciated return on your 'investment' is to find someone on a G forum.
I always take a look on Autotrader to get an idea of what the market is like. 05 6MT coupes (although stock) with your mileage, are going for $23.5 to $25k. For most buyers thats the best your probably going to be able to get.
Most people on the forum can and will appreciate the extra modifications you have made and perhaps you could get more if and when you post in the classifieds.

Do you have another vehicle in your sights?

He's likely in the GTA. "Most mods installed by Simone Performance."

It is worth whatever somebody is willing to pay for it.

Thanks for the response guys!

Yes, I'm located in the GTA.
I guess parting out would be a good idea, unless an enthusiast is interested in my vehicle as is for the right price.

If I decide to part out, I'll definitely be posting everything up for sale.

In the meantime, I'll let my imagination wander.
I don't plan on putting the car on the road until June/July anyway, so a lot of things can change by then... or not.

I was thinking of 'maybe' getting an STI.
Not sure though, my mind changes almost everyday!
hahaha!

Leo I would say you could post it for 24K. That is a great parts list though, good luck on whatever you do.

I've got an 04 6MT with 40,000kms that's never been winter driven and had it posted at 25k and couldn't get a nibble. I've got a full kit, drop, and was selling it with my 19" Volks...

I got about 100 pm's asking me to part the rims but nobody wanted the car. I figure I'd have to list it for 20-22k to realistically sell it.
