It really is tough to let go of the G.
But, you're right, it's all about needs at this point & trying to find a ride that can still be a little bit of fun on a daily basis.

One thing I feel really bad about is letting Roy down,
since he was hoping to score this at my lease end.

Congrats Ian. Sounds like a great choice for your needs.

I miss the G at times but all is still great. In a few weeks the fun can begin with the weekend warrior.

No hard feelings there Ian I would never expect anyone to hold out for me......one way you can make it up to me is showing me how to get a car from the US looks like I'm in the market again although not new.

I too am thinking I'll off my car for something a bit more suitable for life in Canada. Having a job that requires packing gear out of the field in a car is nothing but a pain in the ***.
