Hey Blain, my Torch 9800 has been rock solid and so have the other 7 we got at work last Oct. I have also installed a version of OS6 that's 4 newer than what they come with. (Bell and Rogers are very slow at releasing updates.) The newest OS have these running very trouble free and fast. The newer devices will have double the processor and sooner or later be QNX based like the Playbook.
If you are looking at BB, take a look at whats to come before you rush out too soon. They have excellent stuff coming.

I can probably fix that for you if you need help Roy. As long as it's not a hardware problem we can bring it back to life 99.9% of the time.

Yeah, with a hammer and a new iPhone!

Two days of screwups a year beat 354.

^ We have >400 BB and >400 iPhones in use by our staff, globally. Guess which users call us, more frequently, about problems with there device. Based on your opinion I'll give you 2 guesses because your first one will likely be wrong.
Roy the offer stands if you need any assistance with your BB. All brand of devices have quirks. My mother-in-law is on her 3rd iP4.

^that's strange.
We don't have your #'s but we do have over 30 iPhone 4s (replaced BBs) and the down/service time has reduced significantly.

I wouldn't trade mine for anything.

I never heard of friends having issues with their iPhones but that's crazy. I've had my Bold for a year now and I absolutely love it. No issues and just very happy with it

OK, I will admit that half the time its the user and not the phone.
If they would just leave the damn things alone Some of the things they try are ridiculous...it's not their phone to be messing with.

Okay- I submit... Most of what I prefer about the iPhone is that the things that I want to do with the phone are much more intuitive and I don't need a science degree to do it. The bb is probably more versatile but I need to go school for 4 years just to know how to do it- or hand it over to an IT whackjob who will screw it up 3 times before dialing it it properly.

I've often said bb is better for business but the iPhone is better for entertainment. But, judging by what's said above maybe the iPhone is better for both after all!

Word is that Blackberry will release BBM for Andriod and iOS phones sometime this year. Should be great.
