Spring is here (finally) A Present for the FX

Well, A sure sign of Spring for me is when the Trilliums start to open up. This week I noticed the buds opening on my trilliums in the back yard, this is also a sign that Morel season has started, yummy. Yesterday I went out to the bush and picked enough for Karen and I to enjoy with our BBQ'd steaks last night. It is a treat I look forward to every year.

Then today I gave the FX a nice bath in the back yard and gave her a present, she was extremely excited . I will put it on her next week when it warms up a bit more (it still is only 7C here today.
My FX with her Present

Right on John, I cut the grass in the back yard yesterday for the first time this year.
Oh, I forgot to mention, the hummingbirds started coming to our feeders yesterday.

Thanks for reminding me about spring. I think ours has decided to stay away. Temps are coming along a bit but it's been dull and plenty rainy with wind. Looking forward to seeing the sun some week.

Good to hear your girl is very excited!

I couldn't help myself, I had to set my FX's gift on the front end, just to get an idea how she's gonna look when I install it next week. I think she will be very pleased, I know I will be

Thanks Bahram, yes it comes painted, ready to install, just have to drill a few holes and install a couple of trim pieces and she's on. In the info that comes with it, it says the temps should be 15C or warmer, so next week it is supposed to be around those temps, so I'll put it on then.
