Infiniti Customer Survey Sent

I received an Infiniti Customer Survey asking me about dealship, sales man, the car and my satisfaction with everything. In the comments section i filled up every line about our regular complaints, but I doubt they even really care for what I wrote. How many of you received this as well?

Re: Infiniti Customer Survey Sent

Rumble,

Bought my G on last Saturday, the 2nd. My dealer said if I will get the survey in a couple of weeks. They also said if for any reason I can't mark a 5 on it, to call them before. I guess JD Powers really does have the dealers by the nuts!

Hey,

I got a phone call survey a couple of weeks ago from Infiniti.
I didn't give them perfect marks over-all. They didn't say anything else but thank you.
Did you receive any gifts from the dealership that you bought from ie: coffee mug + flowers.

Re: Infiniti Customer Survey Sent

got the survey.. gave good points to most questions except promisses or delivery and receiving a 2003.5 and not knowing about it ..

Never got a damn thing from the dealer... except MSRP before the uplift and got a 2003.5 for the price.

yc > honestly, that's a pretty good deal i think. I would like a 2003.5 and I just got the G35 about 4 months ago.

Re: Infiniti Customer Survey Sent

Rumble i agree from a general point of vue it was.. but i waited and waited for the car.. and the dates that the dealer kept giving me changed week to week.. I was very happy with there services except that for all the time lost ( and i had to rent a car for the last week because of delivery issues) that cost me 330$ because of there delivery problems.

but that is life..I now have to find a way to get the front driver seat comfortable for my lower back "long rides are killing me".

Re: Infiniti Customer Survey Sent

My dealership couriered to my residence a nice emergency road kit in a 7x7x11 inch nylon zip case which includes things like booster cables, flat repair, flashlight and batteries, gloves, light stick, waterproof matches, emergency blanket, vest, first aid kit, etc. about 2 weeks after I got the car. As I work almost next door to the dealership and could have picked it up if they called me, this was quite a surprise!
For my first service under warranty, they gave me a really cool 'Infiniti' automatic umbrella.

Re: Infiniti Customer Survey Sent

Actually, I gave the dealership very good marks overall. I did report the two minor problems that I noted on the car on delivery and that the dealership was very prompt in helping with them. Since they are the only Infiniti dealership in the area, it's nice to know that they are concerned about continued customer service, even after the car leaves the lot.

Rumble, you say you would like a 2003.5 . Why? There can't be a lot of diff. from what we have. Is it just the trunk or what? Just curious. Gsedanman- :In Cambridge
