it seems to be a nice low cost adapter
it wont show on the display for the head unit... but my iphone is better
for navigating songs anyways

thx to the cassette player i am using belkin ipod/iphone cassette player kit, the sound is awesome. it cost me like 39 bucks.

 

Go with the USA-Spec ipod module. I love mine an it's super easy to install

I have the Peripheral-PAC NIS-blah blah blah in my 04 and it is crap. Charges the Iphone, but the display through the oem hea unit is terrible. Navicating from songs, artists albums etc. is an absolute joke. At some point when i have a minute, i will switch the settings to use the actual Ipod to navigate through media. Steering wheel controls will not search scroll through songs properly regardless of the 4 dip switch configurations Peripheral has given me.

Also, after updating my Iphone the last time, the PAC no longer plays musc through the stereo, i'm only able to navigate through the hea unit to have music played through the iphone external speaker.

The Best buy one would be a good buy imo.
