PIAA Sports Horn Upgrade for your G - Group Buy

Having had air horns in my previous vehicles, I was looking for a good option for the G. I had considered getting the Z Sport Horns but not sure if it was loud enough and if it would make a real difference.

With Jerry's (Yorkville Infiniti) recommendation, I had a chance to check out the PIAA Sports Horns and was really impressed. We compared the loudness of the stock horns and the PIAA horns side by side. Hands down the PIAA Sports Horns were louder, emitted a brighter sound and much more noticeable. So for those that are tired of your wimpy stock horns, this is an upgrade that's inexpensive and quick.

Benefits of the PIAA Sports Horns:

- Get REAL attention when you honk your horn
- Rated at 115 db Dual Tone (400 Mhz & 500 Mhz)
- Super light weight
- Fast easy straight swap (less than 30 mins.) on the G, uses the existing mounting location and wiring harness.
- Looks cool

G35driver.com Group Buy available from Jerry at Yorkville Infiniti.
Only $75.00 (Reg. $99.00)

Contact Jerry at: (416) 975-2623, jliu@dfcauto.com,

I'll see what I can do to capture and post a sound clip. However, I really don't think a sound clip will do it justice.

You really notice the difference when you have the stock and the PIAA's honking side by side. That's what I did with Jerry at his dealership.

And for the small cost, it wasn't a hard decision to make.

One word of caution for installing these. Since the installation. I've been really horn happy and looking for any excuse to honk. But on Toronto roads, you don't have to wait too long or too far for that opportunity. The difference is drivers/pedestrians now pay attention to me and actually move out of the way. I've more than once had to honk drivers crawling on the left passing lane (after flashing doesn't get their attention). These horns help.

Besides, these lighter than stock horns will offset the weight from the few extra new stickers in the engine compartment.
