Hey everyone, thanks for all your empathy.

Today is a far better day for me than yesterday. I had to make a trip back to Guelph Infiniti to return the spare key for the G35X I returned (my wife had it with her on her business trip).
Anyway, I showed the dealer the scratch and to my delight he said "don't worry about it, CARSTAR owes me a favour". My car goes in next Wednesday to be painted...gratis!

It would have bugged the **** out of me if I didnt get it done right.
