replacement opinion?

https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-car...-14-500-a.html

Worth the risk? If there is a good deal SOB when I can drive again I'd consider bringing one up. Can you tell if this is an auto from the interior pic?

Really miss the G, may go sedan, maybe not.

Definitely an auto, looks to be in great shape. Are you going to be picking it up?

Yep - 5AT.

Why can't you drive right now? Curious is all.

Lots of guys do rebuilt titles and love them. I personally wouldn't just to save a few bucks, but to each their own.

Would consider going down for the right car at the right price of the right colour (Black, but I do like the Peacock Blue and sometimes the Ivory Pearl).
Hoping I'll be able to drive in a couple of months. Mine was Krowned (rustproofing) cuz I wanted to keep it for the loooooooong haul. Not many rustproofed G around for sale so I thought maybe I'd go somewhere they didn't have snow/salt. Too close to an ocean and as our east coast buddies will tell us the sea salt kills as well. Someplace like Texas, Nevada or the Carolinas may do.

I hit a guy who was making a left across my lane. Shattered kneecap. Still in soft cast and crutches. G was a WO.

Sam, were you able to get any of the parts off your old car (e.g. strut bar)

LOL, maybe you're right. The shift configuration looked different than my 04 so I wasn't sure.

It was too much of a hassle to try to swap out the parts and I was on painkillers. Ins. gave me some extra $ after some negotiations though. The only part I got was the leather service manual pouch. I'm using it to hold my Kobo reader. Works well.

True. Notice instant rust on rotors of all the vehicles if they sit for a day+, at my new place 125' off the Atlantic.

Personally I would stay away from it, partly because it's from so far away too. It makes me very leery.
I would go with negotiating a better deal for something like these before that one.
2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe19 WHEELS - TORONTO - $18,888
2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe - VAUGHAN - $15,888
2004 Infiniti G35 SPORT 18 ALLOYS BOSE, SUNROOF, LE - TORONTO - $15,888

Nice finds Paul, thanks. I look at kijiji and Autotrader daily. Guess my search was baffed. I like the Black Beauty. I've always wanted to bring one back from the US and have an adventure.
