^ive noticed in the gta a lot of places (smaller used car dealers) will not negotiate the price @ all, a bunch of places I called all firm, firm , firm lol.

Maybe the market is that bad for car dealers, not making much money out of cars

 

So they would rather just let the car sit on the lot?
