Yummy!!
This morning I got a 5lb lobster fresh off the wharf in St. Andrews.* It's pretty darn huge!* My daughter and I LOVE lobster so I picked up this little holiday treat for us.* *
So it's going to be an afternoon of eating lobster while I make my Tankhouse Ale clone.* Not a bad way to spend the day!*
And Wayne, this will make quite a few great Homard rolls!!

Shane that looks so yummy, the lobster out there is sooo good and soooo fresh. I think I had lobster about 10 different times during our 2 weeks at the East coast last year.
