When do you Toronto guys take your G out of storage
Battery died otherwise I'd be zipping around all last month except for the odd snow falls here and there. Gonna pop in a Optima Red and let loose. Hope I didn't get an tire bald spots in the interim.

Washed her today and put a coat of 845 on. Was waxed in October and basically it's all gone. This should tide me over till mid-April when there's more sunlight for a full clay + polishing.

You guys are lucky, up here in North Bay you usually don't expect to pull out your summer cars until at least May. Still quite a bit of snow here and it takes forever for the city to start clearing the roads of all the sand sitting everywhere.
But as was previously mentioned it's not a matter of the the value of the car, most of the people here that have aggressive mods done to their G's store them because they can and it's a safer option. Plus what's the point in investing so much on mods just to ruin the car through the harshness of winter, especially if you live up my way.

BUMP
I'm hopefully going to take my G out of storage on Friday of this week. I have a 2nd car (which I will be selling shortly) that I will drive in case more snow comes our way in April...
Anyways, the car was stored in an insulated garage and I took the battery out just to be extra safe. Is there any procedure I will need to follow when I go to pick up the car?; or will it be as easy as putting the charged battery back in and turning the key?
I'm not sure where I read or heard about this - but somewhere along the way I was told that on some cars you need to push certain buttons on the radio in a certain sequence or something to unlock the ignition so that the engine will fire up. Is there any truth to this? My car's an '07 coupe.
