Monday we find out whether prostitution laws will be struck down
The Ontario Court of Appeal has just stated it will release it's decision regarding the constitutionality of prostitution laws on Monday.

I was at the Court of Appeal last summer to hear arguments on these archaic laws. My former criminal law professor is lead counsel for the claimants and I wish him luck.
