Dashboard Cracked! What are my options?

So I have a 2005 G Sedan 6MT, and when I bought the car there was a few cracks in the leather on the dash but I didn't pay much attention to it. Recently the cracking has gotten worse and it just looks ugly. I called the dealership and they told me $800 for the new dash, then another $600-$700 for the installation. I have contacted various junk yards in my area and I have been unsuccessful in finding a match. Do I have any other options? I have thought about reupholstering, but I am afraid it will be to hard to match the leather color and texture also I'm afraid it will look cheap. Please help, I really hate it but I don't want to have to drop $1500 for something that's purely aesthetic.

I made a video because it was too hard to get pictures of the cracks. Not shown is the crack that extends the entire length of the bottom of the dash.

What sucks is that all of the leather in my car is perfect, it is just the dashboard. I imagine it gets the hottest but I haven't heard of anyone else with this issue.

Wrap it in suede with the pillars and headliner.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Definitely look into dash covers, seems to be the cheapest option to at least hide the cracks.

Mine too but it's right above that aluminum strip across the middle all the way across and it's hidden in the shadow hopefully it doesn't crack anymore

Well I have only ever used Armorall Leather Conditioning Gel on it, and all of the rest of my leather looks great. I'm just glad to see I'm not the only one. Does anyone know where to find a decent looking dash cover?

i pulled my dash its not too hard just need another car to drive until its fixed. i would get it suede wrapped and reinforced to prevent more cracking.

Is there a howto on getting the dash out? I'm thinking about plastidipping it and if it comes out ugly I will just rip the leather off and reupholster it

I don't think it's leather. It's just leather textured vinyl.
