apparently got smacked by a transport truck making a turn

seems so. apparently something sliced right through and could have decapitated the driver's head if it had come a few more inches forward.

that could be the way they fold or crumple by design (or lack thereof) when hit from the rear ? just guessing... such a waste

So what does insurance or the driver do when something like this happens?
I doubt they repair it...does he just get a new GTR free of charge lol

There's no damage to the rear other then the spoiler
