Good realiable trustworthy shops In Calgary AB

I am from Calgary and I am looking for a shop to put on my HFC and my Plenum spacer. I know for the spacer I can do it myself but might as well save me the 2 hrs with my inexperience and theres no way I can install the HFC. I just got a quote from my normal mechanic I know hes pretty reliable but hes asking $350 to install those 2 things...... Doesn't that sound steep? If anyone knows a good place in Calgary let me know ASAP as I would like them on right away but not even sure If i will notice the HFC,Plenum spacer and JWT/Z tube. At least my sound will improve right?

$350 is not expensive at all, I was charged 200 just for the HFC and that took 1.5 hrs to do

Oh okay thanks because I was quoted 350 and I was wondering why it would take so long?? I thought for a mechanic the plenum will be quick and then installing the HFC might have been a direct replacement but if it took 1.5hrs then i guess its not. Also I guess he has to reset the ECU so all my mods will be useful hahaha.
