I just got a call from the Infinity dealership as my car is on it's way from Vancouver. But my sales woman is upset... so that gets me a little worried.

She tells me that the records show that my G35 Coupe, 5SP, Capri Blue is coming with willow leather rather then the standard black that all other Capri blue coupes in North America come with.

I told her not to worry and that I liked the willow more anyhow. Heh.. maybe I should have made her sweat more and got more of a discount. LOL

Well now I am hoping I do indeed get a willow interior (and not just some records typo) as it will make my car much more unique here in NA.

I think the capri blue only comes in charcoal interior in Canada. In the US you can order either willow or charcoal. I just passed on a deal last week for a capri blue with charcoal interior. It was at the docks in Vancouver when I was talking to the dealer about it. If you are indeed getting a willow interior, maybe the factory slipped one by! Good luck!

 

Just got a look at my car today and indeed it does have a willow interior. You are correct that they do ship capri blue (carribean blue) and willow to the US.

How long did it take for your car to come from Vancouver.

 

About 2 weeks to get loaded and then it was in Calgary on the next day. Picke dit up last Friday and took it for a number of spins this weekend. I am very impressed.
