Is there another site for "G's" that is better / busier. Or are most people hibernating? Just wondering.

I think this place is well beyond its BBD.
I browse through often but it's nothing like what it used to be.
& I never go into FB

Thanks for the info, link and comment boys. I opened a FB acct. years ago and have been on it twice. Too many pokes and requests. Now I may be forced to check it out again to see what's up with the G group ..... darn.

So, I went on FB
and checked the group out. Way to frenetic (Fast and energetic in a rather wild and uncontrolled way: "a frenetic pace of activity". Synonyms- phrenetic - frenzied - wild - frantic - mad - rabid) for me. I'll hang here and accept the slower pace. May check FB on occasion to see if there's a meet.

^ i agree with you but this forum and most other big forums with a 'Canada section' just don't offer any sense of community, they're modded by people we don't know and have big-city rules that aren't necessary in regional communities... they're all destined to be empty.
my350z's canada section is similarly dead and so are the BMW ones i frequent.... maybe 10-15 guys active at most in each.
unfortunately FB is the new frontier

Tried a post, seems I sent a private message. Guess I'll have to do some research. Trying to teach an old dog new tricks.

Not from Canada but seems like alot of the original owners have gone and moved on to newer cars. This site is now overrun by vendors and 2nd/3rd younger owners who are looking for eBay exhausts and asking how to go FI with 1k.

Not surprising they need advice. They're young so how would we expect them to know how to go FI on 1k. Originally Posted by stevenpk

i won't lie, that is entirely what the FB group is too
but that is because that is where the industry is at. I randomly ran into the editor from Modified at a coffee shop yesterday and had this exact conversation for a half hour.
ebay exhausts are 1/3 the price, add more power and last 80% as long as the high end stuff so it makes perfect sense that people buy them.
