recently the clutch just gave out on my 03 coupe. well not yet, but it is slipping a lot when you try to gas it

im looking for a place that can fix it
also, any idea what a 'right' price it would be for this? oem or aftermarket whichever is cheaper but works the best/same

 

you can get an oem clutch for fairly cheap ($75). Just make sure your flywheel is good, it cant be resurfaced easily and is quite expensive.

how many hours of labour is it?

im honestly not sure if its just the clutch.
i just know whenever i try to accelerate suddenly or push down more than usual at once, the rpms jump up by like 500-1k rpm, then drop down and aceelerate

based off my findings that should be the clutch

 

If your doing the clutch, you should consider doing the flywheel as well depending on the condition, its already disassembled.

 

if memory serves me correctly these clutche systems are hydraulic much like the brake system...
so old fluid.. or low fluid or an air bubble could affect the performance of the system
I'd check for leaks, replace the fluid, and bleed it properly before shelling out the big $ for a full replacement
