Anyone in the GTA dealt with the Driver seat 'rocking' issue?

Not sure if anyone has fixed it on their own or took it to someone familiar with it (in the Toronto area).
I realize the thread is titled "creaking seat issue", but I don't have that problem, just the rocking. It sounds like I might have an issue with the front seat lifter (especially in the front right corner - by the power seat controls).
