I had a great time at the last meet. I'm in for June 1st at square one. So what time?? noon?
I was thinking, lets do a drive or something this time? Mississauga road towards lake shore is great. Got some good twisties. Do you think this would be a good idea? Lemme know, and i will also try and get some other FX'ers to come also, if thats not a problem.

 

i'm in, 1 thing though if its for 12noon those of us coming from a distance have to get up early on sunday to drive in.

Just an idea, but why not have a little BBQ or something like that......give us all a chance to talk, get to knwo each other and all......its just a thought...let me know what you guys all think?

I have no idea where to hold a BBQ that would have a parking lot near a picnic site. There are security reasons when we leave our cars, but it's a good idea non the less for future meets.

I was actually thinking of doing a Playdium (unlimited play) group discount for 1-2hrs depending on Playdium's rules and allowances. If we do this, all friends are welcome since we may need 20+ people. I will find out more details with them real soon if you are all interested.

In terms of the time of meet. I think leaving it at 1-2pm is the best time. Which is better for you? 1:00pm or 2:00pm?

Just got my long awaited G35C after a long 2 month wait. Look forward to hooking up. Is there a confirmed time, date and location for the meet?

 

Geesh .... how'd you manage to get your coupe in 2 months
... I'm on my third month, with good month and a half to go ... boooo!

 

Looking around, looks like I got lucky in only having to wait 2 months. I ordered it at the end of February from Alta.

 

A nice picnic site area with alot of flat grassed areas for great car shots would be Bruce's Mills in Stouville area

I am pretty sure it is free on sundays ... it is a nice conservation area with a very large parking lot and BBQ's around.

I dunno... lets do it somewhere !!

Why don't we set that up for June or July.

I wanna do a Show and Shine competition, but will need lots of G35's and people willing to fork out $5-$10 as a registration fee to pay for prizes for different catagories. If we had sponsors, that would be even better. What do you all think of this idea?

That should be interesting. I would not mind shelling out $5-10 for an event. I would also like to suggest, how many ppl would be interested in going for a drive during the meet? It sure would be fun! Pls let me know who all would be for it?
