Hey just stopped in to say hi, It's been quite a long time since I've been on the forums. I just posted a WTB on the classifieds section and figured it would be nice to say hi to all the OP's and I don't mean old people I mean originals like Wayne, Ian, Paul, Bill,Sam, Arthur and so on, hope everyone is doing well.

I still own and love my 08' G even though it gets driven mainly on weekends because of my company van the good thing is it's pretty much in the same condition Ian sold it to me back in the day. My Wife is bugging me to sell it because it just sits in the garage but I'm not quite ready for that yet.

I recently bought a 2014 F150 FX4 with Appearance pkg Ecoboost, it's an awesome truck very well built and the Ecoboost has some good power, I'll post up a couple of pics when I get a chance.

Take care guys ....oh and I did plan on going out to the meat meet but we were away that weekend I'll try for next year.

Hey Roy, I was in Cambridge the other day and thought of you and Ian's G. Good to hear that you like your F150 FX4.
It's quiet here these days, but, just like you, the guys drop in on occasion. Ribfest was fun as usual. I'll go check out you ad now.

I dont think ive been on here in 5 years... today I was at a tire shop buying winters and it made me think of my old G. Ive since moved on to a few differnet vehicle - my current being a Q5.

I dug up some photos from one of our detailing meets. I still think about those black and alloy deep dish Volks of mine...

 

That was one great meet. Thanks for the memories.
