Can anyone measure the opening of their trunk on the coupe? I need to ensure that it's big enough to fit an object that is 40" x 15" x 17". The item is NOT flexible.

Also, one more favor, can someone confirm that there are two memory settings for seats/mirrors/steering wheel positions in the coupe?

I don't have my G here at home to measure it for you but that doesn't sound like it would be a fit anyhow. The trunk opening is not that large and the trunk itself is very shallow.
As far as the memory settings there aren't any on the Coupe at least '03 & '04 but I can't speak for the '05 although I'm pretty sure it's not there also. I know there is however power tilt and telescope that I don't have on my 04.

 

The opening to the cabin from the trunk on my Coupe is about 31" x 12" .

Unless the memory seats have been put on the '05's, then memory seats don't come on the Coupe. Only the Sedan with I think it's Premium package.

 

No memory seats on my 05. But they are 8 way power adjustable for 05. No idea about the size of the trunk all I know is that it is small.

 

The trunk's depth is what kills you on the Coupe...... But judging by mine, and the measurements you have given, it looks like with a little wiggling and by removing the mat and spare tire cover (maybe even the spare tire too) you may just get that item in there.
The trunk opening itself is just shy of 40" and about 17" or so front to back. the depth is shy of 15" but by removing the mat etc, you may succeed.

8 way on the '04 driver seat and 4 way on the passenger seat as well.

 

Are you sure there is no memory seats in the '05 coupe? I found this picture on the Net - CanadianDriver.com. You can clearly see the memory seat controls. Can you confirm??

That's odd. The picture is definitely a Coupe but the seats don't look like the real Coupe ones to me as the bolstering/shape doesn't look as deep and that was improved for '05. There is no mention of memory seats on the Infinti web site.
Since no one with an '05 has yet responded it's probably easiest for you to contact a dealer and just ask them directly. I really don't think the Coupe has them though.

 

I searched high and low...definitely not on mine.

Look at the centre console too. That's definitely not an 05 either.

 

I guess I will find out on Sat!!! I am scheduled to pick up my Athens Blue 5AT Sport Coupe with 35% tint on Sat. CAN'T WAIT.

If there is no memory seat, well.. I guess the wife won't be driving it much.
