Hey Blackie! Long time no hear. Sorry I can't make it because I have too much going on during the week right now. Sounds like alot of fun. I went when I was down in Las Vegas and got to drive some cars that you needed to have a drivers liscense in order to drive them. It was a blast.

what are your plans
just a pay and go 16 laps or something organized?

is this the place in Brampton at Steeles and 410?

 

Hey Sammy!!! How are ya! How's the jeep? Could you make it out another time? You would love this.

Yup, the place is at 410 and Steels. We usually do 2 20 lap sessions. Pretty much the aim is to bang some one into the tire wall, we don't really race each other :P

 

The jeep is awesome. Can't wait for the warm weather to get the top off of it.

Maybe on a weekend I would be able to go.

 

I'm definitely in - a couple of guys from work are going to come out as well. See you there!

How were the carts folks? Our one local track closed about 6 months because they were moving. The only problem is they haven't reopened in a new spot. You guys electric or gas? Our place had converted everything to electric a while back. Much more fun, quicker and cleaner.

 

Formula Kartways has a pretty nice set-up - it's all indoors, gas cars that are pretty well maintained. Cars are fast enough that you can feel it in your body after 20 laps. It was a ton of fun. I'm going to make a point of getting there more often.

 

I had just learned of our place here in Halifax and went about 8-10 times. I loved it. And yes you could really feeel it in the body after 15-20 laps. Unfortunatley it's shut down now and it's the only one in town.
